Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? A: If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@estilogolfco.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has shipped, we won't be able to redirect it.
Q: My package hasn't arrived. What should I do? A: First, check your tracking information for the latest updates. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your building's front desk. If you still can't locate it, reach out to us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Q: How do your polos fit? A: Our polos are designed with a modern athletic fit—tailored but not tight. They feature 4-way stretch fabric for maximum comfort and mobility on and off the course. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Q: Are your hats adjustable? A: Yes! Our 6 Panel Logo Hats and Emblem Hats feature adjustable closures to ensure a comfortable, secure fit for most head sizes.
Q: What size should I order for the tumblers? A: Our tumblers hold 20 oz—the perfect size for keeping your drinks cold during a full round or throughout your day.
Q: Do you offer a sizing chart? A: Yes! Each product page includes detailed sizing information. For polos and apparel, we provide chest, length, and sleeve measurements to help you find your perfect fit. If you're between sizes or have questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
Q: Will your sweatshirts shrink? A: Our sweatshirts are made from an 80/20 cotton-poly blend designed to maintain shape and resist shrinking. We recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low to keep them looking fresh.
Q: When will women's apparel be available? A: We're excited to launch our women's golf collection soon! It will feature modern cuts, premium fabrics, and the same luxe-minimalist aesthetic you love. Follow us on social media for the official drop date and early access opportunities.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to love your Estilo Golf Co. gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange? A: Contact us at support@estilogolfco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Q: Are there any items that can't be returned? A: For hygiene reasons, hats and accessories that have been worn or used cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. All apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Q: How long does it take to process a refund? A: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size or color? A: Absolutely! Let us know what you'd like to exchange, and we'll help you get the right fit or colorway. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective? A: We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos, and we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund—no questions asked.
Q: Do you cover return shipping costs? A: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
