Hat Care: Protect the Patch, Preserve the Shape

All Estilo Golf Co. hats—including The Emblem Hat and The Logo Hat—are crafted with 100% polyester fabric and feature our signature rubberized patch logos, not embroidered. This premium construction requires specific care to maintain its look and integrity.

Washing Your Hat

Hand wash or spot clean only. Machine washing can damage the rubberized patch and distort the hat's shape. Here's the proper method:

• Fill a basin with cool water and add a small amount of mild detergent
• Gently scrub problem areas (sweatband, brim) with a soft brush or cloth
• Rinse thoroughly with cool water until all soap is removed
• Never use bleach, harsh chemicals, or fabric softener

Drying Your Hat

Air dry only—never use a dryer. Heat can warp the brim and damage the rubberized patch.

• Gently squeeze out excess water (don't wring or twist)
• Reshape the crown and brim while damp
• Place on a rounded object (bowl, ball, or hat form) to maintain shape
• Air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat

Storage & Maintenance

• Store hats on a shelf or hook—avoid crushing them in bags or under heavy items
• For travel, use a hat carrier or stuff the crown with soft items to maintain shape
• Spot clean between washes to extend time between full cleanings

Washing

Drying
